The rental business requires you to do much of the thinking for the customer, as they do not have the
familiarity with your equipment that you do. We have recognized this issue with this Winter Construction
Equipment and have developed this simplified methodology of “user friendly” into the design of the GPT 300
with the Auto Start System and the easy to use SmartCure System™, along with the easy Remote Monitoring,
alert capabilities and the SmartThaw System™.

What’s “Green” about Green Power Technology? Our system allows the use of more Fly ash, Slag and
Silica Fume in Cold Weather Concrete Construction Projects, as these Industrial by-products do not have
the thermal heat properties that Portland Cement has to sustain warmth. But by using them in place of
Portland Cement is a tremendous energy savings, pollution reduction, land fill reduction and results in a

The SmartCure System™ provides warm weather conditions in Cold Weather Construction projects.
With the Green movement occurring, more projects are being specified to use these types of Eco Friendly
materials. Not only are they Eco Friendly but their use results in a higher quality concrete. LEEDs qualifying
projects score high points with the use of these products in their construction. Project owners are now
able to achieve these points in Cold Weather Construction Projects. Many upcoming Government projects
are encouraging “Green” and contractors with knowledge of this equipment can promote “Green” in their
bids, market a higher quality concrete, energy efficiency and “Green” equipment. Some States are already
mandating these aspects in State funded projects and this equipment will give your customer the edge.

The GPT 300 is the most Energy Efficient and Eco friendly machine in the industry. With the use of
High Efficiency Double Boilers; one smaller boiler will fire rather than one large boiler, for smaller
jobs- eliminating over burn in coming to temp. Fuel Pre-Heating increases the combustibility efficiency
by 4%, resulting in an 87% efficiency, which is the highest in the industry.

To reduce our Carbon Footprint, as much recycled material is being used as possible. For example, the cage
is manufactured with recycled fiberglass in the mix. Materials will be acquired regionally to reduce on shipping
pollution and energy use.

This equipment is designed to be highly rentable and to increase the length of the Winter Construction Season
by enhancing the effectiveness of Concrete Curing, and by creating a “Green” alternative for contractors to
market. Green Power Technology is working from the top down in educating DOT’s of every State about the
effectiveness of this type of Curing Equipment and it is our goal to have it written into their specifications.
We are working with Engineering firms as well as Construction Companies in educating them on the
capabilities of this equipment so they too will specify its use.

Education, training, technical support and industry promotion are all ingrained into Green Power Technology’s
philosophy. We want to help the distributors as much as possible in providing them with the necessary
information to be successful. With the proper education of the equipment and its purpose in the industry
the Distributor can more effectively sell this equipment. Technical support and training is integral to our
philosophy in servicing our Distributors. We are continuously working on industry promotion to assist
our distributors with product recognition and the need of the equipment.
